How does order on-line pick-up work?

  • When checking out please put your car make and color in "notes"
  • Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation Text or Email
  • You will receive a second notification when your order is Ready for Pickup
  • Once your order is ready please park in our lot and DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE
  • Txt or Call 757 - 402 - 7196 and a crew member will bring your order out to you
  • Under no circumstances is anyone allowed inside the store 
  • Once your order is placed we cannot add onto your order

Can I bring a pot or plant from home to be potted?

In an abundance of caution, we are not currently accepting any pots or plants from home.


Can I get my plants potted?

We offer free potting services for pick-up orders. Combinations must be purchased in the same order. Let us know the specific combinations you would like potted in the "notes" of your order at checkout. We do not pot orders being shipped for viability reasons, but we do have at-home potting kits available for purchase.


Plant Sizing

Plants are listed by the width of their grower pot. Heights will vary. A 6" plant may not fit in all 6" pots some pots are too shallow or oddly shaped.


COVID - 19

We are using extra precaution while packaging your orders. All of our physical locations are closed for in-store shopping. Online orders may take longer than expected.


I placed an online shipping order, when should I expect delivery?

We receive plant deliveries on Thursday’s and pack shipping orders Monday-Wednesday. We are experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19.


What if my plant shows up damaged?

Some plants handle the shipping process better than others. Please allow up to 5 days for your plant to recoup. If not, please reach out to support@plantbar.net with a picture and your order number and we will move quickly to resolve the issue.


PlantBar Guarantee

From pots to plants we guarantee your order will arrive healthy and happy. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days to receive a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept plant returns or exchanges. If your plant is damaged, please contact support@plantbar.net. We do accept returns/exchanges for pots and accessories.

How do I care for my plant?

You can find care tips on the item pages of all of our plants.

Do you use recyclable fill material for products you ship? 

Yes. Everything can be recycled and the packing peanuts are water soluble corn starch, which will melt in the rain.
